The opportunity:

Scaling a Semiconductor Analysis Pioneer, the company has matured its core technology and established strong academic customer base across the globe while making inroads to R&D user cases with first industrial clients.

As CEO, you will be responsible for leading the company’s strategy and execution, managing the team, and expanding international commercial operations. The CEO will guide the company from a deep-tech venture to a player that can dominate selected niches in semiconductor analysis. This is a hands-on and entrepreneurial CEO role: from supporting customer installations and optimizing system performance, to forming strategic partnerships and securing follow-on funding—you’ll be deeply involved across the board.

Your Responsibilities:

● Define and execute a scalable go-to-market and growth strategy

● Lead and develop a high-performing team across engineering, operations, and sales

● P&L responsibility, manage financial reporting, KPIs, and investor relations

Ideal career background:

● 10+ years’ experience in working at a deep-tech or scientific / semiconductor instrument company, preferably in leadership roles with a strong commercial affinity.

● Proven leadership in semiconductor or high-tech equipment markets.

● Entrepreneurial mindset: hands-on, agile, and commercially sharp.

● Technical background (optics, semiconductors, or electron microscopy preferred).

The opportunity

The CTO is a pivotal executive role responsible for owning the company’s technological vision and driving strategy, execution, and technology activities. This leader will oversee the development, implementation, and enhancement of cutting-edge technology, ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives and market demands. The CTO will lead and manage the R&D teams to innovate and improve products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities include:

Technology Strategy and Vision:

  • Together with the CEO and executive team, develop and implement a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with and delivers the company’s long-term goals.

Strategic Partnerships:

  • Establish and maintain mission oriented strategic partnerships with academic institutions, research organizations, and industry partners to foster innovation and collaboration.
  • Assure the company is competently represented in technical forums, conferences, and industry consortia.

Ideal career experience:

  • Demonstrable capability to understand highly technical areas including electrochemistry, materials, thin films, plasma coating.
  • Demonstrable evidence of success in leading the industrialization of technology-based physical products (ie not just software).
  • Excellent management and interpersonal skills, ability to lead R&D teams and ramp fast scaling organisations without a deep understanding of our technology.
  • Proven track record of leading successful R&D projects and product development initiatives.
  • Experience in high tech industries such as PV, semicon, batteries, thin film.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor physics, thin film deposition processes, and photovoltaic cell fabrication.
  • Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master’s) in scientific or engineering field.

The opportunity

The CFO will be a key member of the management team, reporting to the Board and we are looking for an experienced Financial Director / CFO to support the business’ rapid expansion, working closely with the CEO.

As CFO you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategy and direction as one of the leaders of the business. You will be responsible for a whole range of activities from owning and developing the business plan, forecasts and budget to establishing and managing business processes and controls.

On a daily basis you are responsible to:

  • Manage all finance operations: accounting, payroll, supply chain, legal, tax, and treasury in close cooperation with the CEO and CTO.
  • Manage third parties to which finance functions have been outsourced.
