Key responsibilities:

● The focus of the company is on growth. The CEO is responsible for the strategy as well as the execution of this. Can translate the companies’ strategy into operational activities, budget and planning.

● Leading the Management Team and ultimately is responsible for the total team of employees. The CEO is hands-on and involved in leading the Customer Success Teams consisting of both Project and Service Engineers.
