We are seeking a visionary, execution-oriented GM to lead the company through its next phase of growth. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of entrepreneurial spirit, operational excellence, deep understanding of the bike sector, and a passion for building consumer brands with purpose.
Key responsibilities include:
Strategic Leadership
• Develop and execute the company’s long-term vision and growth strategy in alignment with board objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, suppliers and revenue streams.
• Position the company as a leader in urban mobility and e-mobility innovation.
Operational Management
• Oversee day-to-day operations across manufacturing, supply chain, product development, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Drive efficiency, scalability, and profitability across the organization.
• Ensure strong financial controls, reporting, and budgeting practices.
Team Leadership
• Lead and retain the high-performing team.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer satisfaction.
Product and Brand
• Maintain a customer-centric product development focus, ensuring products meet high standards of performance, design, and usability.
• Strengthen the company’s brand positioning and go-to-market strategies across key channels (D2C, retail, B2B partnerships).
External Relations
• Represent the company with media, partners, and other key stakeholders.
• Manage investor relations.
• Engage with regulators, sustainability organizations, and mobility-focused policy groups.
Ideal career experience and personality profile:
• Proven track record as a GM or senior executive in a D2C and B2C bike or mobility company.
• Deep understanding of the e-bike / bike and eCommerce landscape.
• Experience scaling a company from early growth to maturity or through international expansion.
• P&L management experience / Cashflow Management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
