Exceptional opportunity for a CTO to join an established Netherlands based Integrated Photonic Sensing company.

The opportunity is to lead and guide the research, innovation, development and engineering teams to define and execute on the technology roadmap, create a strong IP position and scalable portfolio of technology building blocks for winning customer applications.

The CTO is part of the Management Board of the company.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop, define and evangelize the leading vision on integrated photonics sensing.

• Translate current development initiatives to concrete standardized modules, configurable systems

• Identify and manage knowledge creation, competence and skill development and clear succession planning for the technology teams.

Exceptional opportunity for a Senior Fund Controller to join an established Berlin based Venture Capital Fund which has invested into 150+ disruptive and high-tech start-up companies across Europe and the USA.

As a key member of the Operations Team with two direct reports, you will work closely with the Operating Partner on a variety of tasks, including:

● Exposure to a broad range of transactions (from financing rounds, through M&A transactions, restructurings, IPOs and closing our funds).

● Be responsible for a comprehensive overview of capitalization tables (and waterfalls) of our portfolio companies across all funds.

● Own the preparation of quarterly reports for the funds and contribute to other investor communications (e.g. fundraising data rooms, investor presentations etc.).

● Be responsible for cash flow / reserve planning as well as efficient processing of distributions.

● Regulatory reporting (German Federal Bank, BAFIN, FATCA, CRS, etc.).

● Financial statements (and their audits) of the funds (e.g. preparation of management reports).

● Communicate with banks and external service providers (tax advisors/accountants, auditors, insurance brokers, etc.).

● Support international expansion.

Exceptional career opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a Leipzig based Cyber Security company which ensures both cybersecurity and operational stability of the ICS and IoT infrastructure in industrial, energy and water companies across EMEA regions, supporting operators of ICS to increase cybersecurity, productivity and availability of their systems and plants, and to safeguard the digital transformation of their processes.

You will support the design and definition of the company value proposition for the Cyber Security offering, develop sales strategies and priorities for EMEA & Global Markets, and steward all market development activities.

From a sales perspective, you will manage the sales funnel for their Cyber Security portfolio, including planning and sales controlling, development of the sales pitch towards utility customers and lead the training of the sales force. This requires experience in deal generation and closing, as well as designing and driving a sustainable business model to include recurrent revenue.

This opportunity would ideally suit a Business Development professional with the following experience:

·       Several years of experience in complex IT/OT solution and Cyber Security sales, preferably to utility segment or similar critical infrastructure markets.

·       Business background in sales or business development in the disciplinary management of software development teams.

The opportunity can be based remotely and we are searching for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in the field of performance marketing (Google Ads, Shopping, SEA, affiliate, feed management) in e-commerce.

Responsibilities and ideal profile:

You move very confidently in the Google world: in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Sheets and Google Data Studio.

Experienced in feed management tools such as Channable or Productsup and ideally you also have experience in the automation of campaigns such as Google Scripts, Google API.

You are driven by numbers and key figures in order to use the budget efficiently and also to try out new channels.

You take responsibility for the performance channels (including Google Shopping, Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, Affiliate, Corporations) and a 7-digit budget.

Expand performance marketing and drive internationalization forward.

Work in an coordinated manner with colleagues from related departments such as SEO & CRO.

Derive recommendations for action based on the constant analysis of performance channels and implement them with the team.
